Reviews
Write a ReviewThere was a leak under the kitchen sink. I set an appt. They rescheduled. They came and charged me $225 for 20 minutes of work to change out a part. After he left, thereâ s was still a leak. I called, made an appt. They rescheduled twice. Same guy came, said he fixed it again, and didnâ t charge me. The re was a leak under the sink after he left. I went under there, found the leak, and replaced the disposal myself. Now there are no leaks. I was hoping to have a trained professional do the work, because I didnâ t want to do it, but a few YouTubeâ s later, I found the problem and and fixed it.
This company is very professional, they arrive on time, troubleshoot the problem and fixed it in no time.
Louis did a great job repairing the sewer line. It required replacing a large section but it works perfectly now.
Only downside was the cost, but it was within the general market range for the work I had done.
There was an issue with the pilot being lit and had to bring someone else in that said the previous had something backwards and messed with something that caused the pilot not to stay lit. I reached out to the company to be compensated for the situation and haven?t heard anything back. The price came out to $425 for Keep Smiling Plumbing and Electric. Not really worth the price? but the tech was really cool and customer service was on point.
Very responsive. Friendly customer service experience from Haley to Chris to Joshua. Joshua arrived on site, assessed the needs and clearly stated his plan to address my problem. Very professional and would definitely recommend to anyone.
Joshua was Very professional, polite, and thorough. The work was done well and other issues were surfaced and estimates provided. My only small issue was a ceiling panel and done under sink items were not replaced after the work was completed
Very caring
These guys really have it together. Great communication, extremely organized and reliable.
The first technician did not show up on the day he was supposed to be there. He did phone and say he had run into problems at the previous job and could not make it. The water heater did need replacing but it was not the problem with the water leak. It was the air conditioner and the pipe was clogged that took the condensation water out of the house. The reservoir was filling up and leaking back into the house. The technician stated I needed and air conditioner person to work on that. I was only told about the air conditioner leak after the water heater was replaced.to the price of $2550. I still had the water leak.
