They contacted me right away, didn't have to wait for long.
Very expensive. I figured 600 per hour. I was expecting 200. Quality work though
A little expensive but quality work and great customer service.
very experienced
Installed fire logs. Very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Asked if I had any other plumbing issues he could take care of while he was here. He gave me a very inexpensive alternative to an outside leaky faucet at no extra charge.
Good
Very professional, on time and responsive.
Overall they did a good job with the repair on the garbage disposal after rescheduling the estimate. When he was here he provided a quote, which seemed high but again they did a good job.
Very professional from start to finish!! Prior to hiring Keep Smiling Plumbing, I contacted two other companies, I was extremely disappointed, which made my encounter with Keep Smiling a little leery. From the initial contact, to the texts, to the arrival of my plumber Joe, I had an amazing experience. I would highly recommend Keep Smiling Plumbing for your needs. Joe came right in and got to work with easy. To top it off, Joe smiled the entire time even when I asked a million questions!
