Terrible experience! The moving crew spent half of their time arguing and delayed the relocation by a full day! Plus, they even had the audacity to overcharge me by $400 when I had to wrap up most of my belongings myself, despite hiring them for a full-move service. I don?t recommend them at all!

Their movers were so unprofessional! They left my boxes outside in the rain, which soaked everything inside. My documents are ruined, and my electronics won?t turn on. They cost me so much! I wouldn?t make the mistake of hiring them again!

My experience with them was legit a nightmare! Movers were careless and unprepared, and left my new carpet full of muddy footprints. They damaged my recliner and tore the upholstery on my loveseat. Never hiring them again!

Total scam. They overestimated our moving volume, promised to adjust it, then claimed it was ?too late? once we signed under pressure. At delivery, we had to sign to file a claim, only to be told months later that signing voided the claim. They inflated our volume from 600 to 1100 ft³, added $4,000, and refused to reassemble furniture. Extra fees, no notice, no flexibility. Avoid this company at all costs.

They scuffed both of my sofas and broke my coffee table after they loaded them onto the vehicle. Instead of providing a solution, they continued by stating, "It's just wear and tear."

In spite of my payment for their "specialise" in handling great art, they tossed my oil paintings into the truck bed without providing any protection, not even a blanket. The artwork was warped and the frames drooped. No compensation, no regrets.

Angi provided 27 7 Logistic Services as a potential supplier of moving services. I contacted them and 2 other movers. Ultimately I signed a contract with 24 7. On 2/24 I received a quote from Michael at 24 7. The initial quote included a $1,000 discount because of the following reasons: my husband is a veteran, we are senior citizens, and we signed a contract on the first contact with their company.. As the move date approached, I had the final walk thru with Lisa Marie. After the walk thru I was provided a copy of the final contract. I reveiwed the contract and saw that the $1,000 discount was reduced to $500 with no explanation. I attempted contact 24/7 but was referred to "higher pay grade" employees who never bothered to return my call. At the completion of the move I made final payment based on the revised numbers which was $500 more than the quoted amounts. The move has been completed and 24 7 management has totally stone walled me concerning not honoring their quote

They were perfect as my most memorable experience in movers most recent couple of years. They imparted clearly ahead of appearance and kept me informed regarding their estimated time of arrival and got right to work after showing up inside the scheduled window. Everything was removed from my fifth-floor walk-up right away and shown up at my new apartment precisely at the booked time. My stuff and space was all in capable hands, and whatever should have been wrapped or taped was finished with no delay. The cost was outstandingly sensible and the experience was only wonderful. I would enthusiastically recommend 24/7 logistic services to anybody.
