"My husband and I are nearly 80 years old. DIY Projects that we used to do are no longer doable. We had a variety of projects that needed to be done on our 68-year-old home. We choice Swaby Handyman Services because of his many years of experience and his affordable bid. Some of the projects that he completed are: He remodeled two bathrooms, which included laying the tile, installing a new vanity and sink, and installing the toilet. He also fixed a leak under the kitchen sink, which a plumber had been unable to do. He replaced a section of fence in the side yard, and he repaired the rotten tongue and groove boards on our side porch ceiling. We found Mr. Swaby to be project oriented and he prided himself in doing the job right the first time. He is very thorough and leaves the work area very clean at the end of each day of work. He is very professional and very friendly. We enjoyed having him come and we shall refer him to other people. We will definitely use him again."
