Rodney, the tech serviced the unit for the winter. Next he went into the attic and within minutes identified the issue with the drain pan and drain line. Another visit is already scheduled this week to correct the problem

1st choice was phenomenal to deal with. Straight to the point, quick turnaround, no hassle or upselling. Russel came out twice for separate projects and was very prompt and completed everything as needed with detail. He was awesome to answer all my questions and concerns. 10/10 company all around don’t waste your time trying to shop for better

1st Choice been our first choice for about a year now, with Lance for our HVAC, and now Russell for the removal of 7 years of grease that completely blocked the drain line from one end of our house to the other. Above and beyond doesn't fully describe the superior job he did restoring service to our washing machine, dishwasher and sink! Great work and great people with the knowledge and skill to get the job done RIGHT! Knowledgeable, easy going and friendly!

Chris Shadd provided our Fall Maintenance service on our HVAC system. He was very thorough. He explained what service he did. He also mentioned that a pipe was clogged, which could have resulted in water issues later. Thankfully, he was able to unclogged it.
