I hired a contractor through Angi (1st Choice) to repair my front door frame after it was kicked in. While the frame itself was repaired, the overall workmanship was very sloppy. The painter painted it multiple times (around five) and the frame still looks uneven and poorly finished. The contractor also changed my lock without informing me. Now my smart security system constantly reads the door as ?jammed,? so my alarm thinks the door is open 24/7 and I can?t properly arm my system. I now have to pay my security company to come out and fix it. Another issue was the bottom of the frame. What I thought was wood was actually caulk the contractor told me and later a random square piece of wood was nailed there that doesn?t match the frame. Unfortunately my husband and I were not home to supervise, which was our mistake. Trying to save money ended up costing more because now I have to hire a professional to redo parts of the repair. The first 3 Pic is how my door should look.

New deck surface and catwalk are beautiful. Very flexible in dealing with adjustments needed as old deck was torn away.

He listens and creates exactly what you want. Pays close attention to detail. Went out of his way to make sure that mom loved her new custom shelves. Very professional. Stuck to quoted price. Would definitely recommend to family & friends.

Raymond said he would sand down the wood and paint. It started to rain lightly so he said he could not stick around until rain stopped. Forgot to bring his paint but we had paint still did not complete the job. We paid him. He put chalking on the brick. He said we could remove that ourselves.

While they did a good job, payment options aside from cash would be helpful.
