Hired Brett and. His crew to install vinyl siding. They were all very fine craftsmen, professional and hard workers. They patiently listened to my ideas and guided me to what would work.

I had a large picture window, a kitchen window, and an entry door removed and replaced with Anderson products. The workmanship was very orderly and efficient. All items had sound installation techniques that appear to be well within factory recommended practices. Next up, getting a bay window and entry window replaced.

Hired Brett & his crew to replace siding fascia & soffit on our home. We quoted two other larger companies & decided to go with 1st Choice based on competitive price & experienced high quality crew. It was a big investment and we are impressed with the finished results & workmanship.

We used 1st Choice Remodeling to install vinyl siding, replace some windows and replace gutters. We are extremely happy with the quality of work done and with how quickly the work was finished. The gentlemen who worked on the project were very friendly and always kept the debris picked up and in the dumpster. Brett was here most days and always addressed any questions we had. Our house looks like a totally different house and we get tons of compliments from the neighbors. I was looking to completely remove my old Masonite siding with vinyl and add soffit/fascia. 1st Choice gave me the best quote and did not try to pressure me or give me a time line to make a decision. Once the time came to start the project, I was always able to get ahold of Brett with any questions/requests that I had. The crew used is smaller, but they are very knowledgeable and friendly. You could tell that they cared about how you wanted things to look and they took their time to make sure the job was done right. We are very happy with how the house turned out and received nothing but compliments from the neighbors once it was completed.
