Our entire experience with 1st Choice Remodeling was terrific! We hired them for new siding, gutters, and added stone to the front of the house. Bret spent a great deal of time with us planning the project. His project team consistently worked thru hot temps and even rain. He was available for questions throughout the project and kept us abreast of deliveries, subcontractor schedules, and any small issues which came up. We've called Brett's company on 2 occasions; once for replacing windows and the other for siding. Both times we've been very happy with the sales, pricing, installation, and quality of work and products. He is fair and upfront about pricing and issues related to the projects. He is very easy to get a hold of for questions or concerns and responds quickly to messages either online or by phone. Most importantly he stands behind his work and products. He will make it right if you are at all unhappy or bothered by something. His team of craftsman are efficient, friendly, and respect your home and occupants. Best of all they never leave messes like lunch pails and empty soda cans, rusty nails, or shards of siding laying in your yard! We have and will continue to recommend Brett and his company to family, friends, and neighbors.

We had interviewed 4 other contractors for our siding project, and Brett was an easy choice. Not one time did he try to up sell us to a different material, or different style that cost more than we could afford. He listened to what our scenario was, and what we were looking to do, and then got it done. That was the biggest reason we went with him from the start - he truly listened. Other contractors came in and just talked at us, and didn't let us explain our vision. Brett told us what he could do for us, how long it would take, and gave us an honest quote.
