This person was rude & the quote was different from what he told me initially - the worked he did should never have taken as long as he took & the second person that was with him did nothing

Well, rude? Out off more than 200 customers that we have served for the last few years this customer is the only one calling us rude for one reason: she was never home and relied on a person that she left home who has no idea about what we did because she was busy taking care of her sick mom. If we are rude because we wanted to be paid according to what we did then we can only say : "Thank you for the comment" The good thing is that no where in her comment she stated that we did a bad job. We are quality and will continue to be who we are. Respect is mutual and everywhere we go people like us bc we are very respectful and they respect us. I think she is the rudest person that we ever worked for. In life you have to be prepare on anything, no one is perfect and they are people that leaves life of just doing bad things to other. This person is one of them.

Alfredo and his crew did a great job cleaning my carpets. They arrived on time and worked very hard to remove the pet stains in my carpets. The results were great and the price was very fair. I was so happy that I also hired them to clean my home and windows.

I originally hired Alfredo for cleaning my windows but also hired him to power wash my deck and pavers. He arrived on time with a helper and finish the job in a timely fashion. He went above and beyond to do everything I asked. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
