Thanks a lot!
Great!
Appreciated!
Great job!!!
Thank you !
Alfredo responded immediately, came out and gave us an estimate and completed the job within days. He exceeded my expectations; my deck, patio, and entrance way concrete look brand new. I would hire him to power wash again without hesitatation!
Shawn, Thank you for trusting us in your project. You left money in the envelope without even knowing me but just trusting that I would be honest to you. This trust alone motivated me and I worked under the rain to complete your project. I really appreciated it so very much.
They were good.

Thank you Eric. I loved serving you. Hope to see you again.
Very professional
I was extremely disappointed in this company. Alfredo and his crew showed up an hour late. This was the first demonstration of their work ethic. We went over expectations again to assure agreement on a clean house. He explained that a power washing detergent would be used and all of the dirty spots would be removed. He then left and the 2-man crew went to work with no chemical solution or brush. Only water and a ladder were used, making it hard for the crew to come within reach of the top of the house. When the men were finished, I walked around and pointed out some missed places that were plainly visible. They acknowledged and willingly cleaned. I supplied them with a sponge and cleaning solution to finish some of the work since they brought neither. While they were cleaning, they dented in my gutters with their ladder. When I pointed it out, they again apologized and attempted to pull the dents out by hand, but the gutter is directly above the front entrance of our house and looks terrible now.We will need to replace it.Trimwork that was painted was damaged due to not adjusting the pressure and as a result, stripping the paint right off.I am now in the process of repairing&repainting those areas. They did not have a receipt or invoice so I told them to have Alfredo call me and I would pay with a check once the invoice was emailed. They agreed. After the sun set a bit, I went back out to look at the house and it was filthy in most higher areas. I called and explained the concerns to Alfredo and asked him to come back and take a look for himself. After asking me sign an affidavit that would exempt them from damage to my property, he agreed to come back out a week later. I found that to be very inappropriate. When he showed up, he AGREED that there was dirt left around the house and stated that they would clean it. He made me point out each and every missed area.He kept saying, "What else" every time I showed him missed areas and became more rude with each. You could very clearly see from the ground where the power washed did get the dirt off and where it was missed. He continually insisted it would not come clean. I then climbed the ladder myself and simply wiped a dirty area with nothing more than a sponge and it came right off. Only then did he get on the ladder himself to powerwash it, and to no suprise the dirt came right off.His crew and I tried to direct him in the areas that were clearly dirty and visible from the ground. After that part of the house was complete, I showed him the same problems on the other two sides of the house. He said,"No, I cannot spend this much time cleaning a house.I'm done.Your expectations are too high.If I knew you were this picky, I would not have done this job for $300 (his 'discounted' quoted rate). Look at me, I'm sweating."He then stated that I was "not being honest with him and that I cannot expect anyone to be held hostage for doing a job." He told my husband earlier that he uses a cleaning solution (WHICH
This women is one of the most difficult person we have worked for. How can we go do a power wash with a small ladder? Not true She wanted us to brush is house like slaves. Is unacceptable. Some of the other things that happen in this place what they did to us ist sad that we can't even mention here. We agreed to go back and resolve the issue but we where treated like kids. They promised to find someone else to finish the job and we have been waiting for the results but in reality she is really, really complicated. unless she find someone to brush clean her house but power job was completed and refused to pay. 8 hours of hard work got paid 0.
