1800 Water Damage

This is the real deal!!! I messaged Richard after 10:00 pm one evening (probably) later…. We had a leak and knew that our newly remodeled bathroom was in trouble. He replied to me that same evening and sent his team out the very next day. They got started on the clean up and put fans in and did their magic. Him and his team are all above and beyond professional! They are thorough and take care of all the headaches. We’ve been waiting on our insurance company but I feel confident that this will be taken care of as soon as possible. I am so grateful to have this team working on our home. I can’t say enough good about them. If you need someone to trust and clean up your water damage…. look no further!!

I had an absolutely amazing experience with 1-800 Water Damage. The water supply line to the ice maker on my refrigerator was leaking and soaking into the surrounding walls causing water damage to the base boards, mold in our pantry, and wet carpet in our office. We knew we needed mold remediation and began to get estimates. I had gotten a few estimates prior to contacting Richard at 1-800 Water Damage. After conducting his moisture test, Richard let me know that we caught everything relatively early, and that as far as typical mold damage goes, our job was a small job. Richard gave me the straight scoop, didn't inflate anything, and only charged me for what I really needed to have done. He even rearranged part of his schedule to get my job started the very next day. Overall, the crew did a great job handling our mold situation. I am 100% totally happy with the customer service, the urgency to get my job done, the honesty, transparency, and pricing. Richard even gave me some good recommendations for people to call to have the restoration completed. I would definitely recommend Richard and his crew to anyone dealing with water damage.

It was good service no complaints

I am not satisfied. I still had mold and text a picture and never got a response. I still smelled mold when they were done. I will say thanks to them I did find an infestation or termites so for that I am grateful. They did not remove enough wall and they did not remove the insulation in all areas and when I did I found an area of mold after they had treated and were paid. Frustrated and now having to look for another company as I said I can still smell mold. I sent a message and the response was it must be new.

Read all the reviews prior to hiring them, and they all proved to be true. Let me add mine. This company is great. Had a slab leak which turned into a mold problem. Richard came right over and explained everything clearly and precisely, and they got started the next day. Everything went very smoothly . This company is completely professional, and offers great customer service as well. I would highly recommend them for any of the problems they hire out to fix and repair. Thanks to Richard and his whole staff for a job well done!
