"Great presintation! They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"Hi Tech was one of 3 companies which gave estimates for our window, siding, door and steps project. We highly recommend Hi Tech. First of all, the company owner, Bill Chase, took the time to understand what was important to us. He gave us options, not only based on price but also on performance, durability and aesthetics. We appreciated his very sound advice and did not feel pressured to sign a fast contract. In fact, he recommended that we have at least 3 estimates. Bill is a man of integrity. The work crew was skilled, polite and efficient. The Project Manager checked in every day to make sure the work was moving along and that we were happy. And after the project, The Project Manager was very responsive to our calls about anything that needed to be tweaked or adjusted. We also asked for some additional work that was not listed in the main project quote and he provided us with a quote followed by timely installation. Hi Tech will be on the top of our list for our next project. Thank you to Bill, the office staff, Project Manager and work crew for a job well done."

"Once again and with the highest confidence, we hired Russell's Contracting to convert our back entrance into a more open, useful mudroom. As promised, they arrived on time on the expected date and started by sealing off the back entrance for dust. The demolition of the closet was first done, and then the rehab began. I was amazed at the level of detail necessary to make the new mudroom perfect. From fixing the ceiling to installing new walls, taping and sanding, painting, new baseboards, and moving the overhead light, it was fun to watch. Colby was professional, exacting, efficient, clean, and asked all the right questions to ensure we were happy with the result. The new mudroom is exactly what we wanted. In addition, we asked Russell's to help us figure out how to make our open staircase to the second floor safer. Keith, Colby, and Max designed and installed a custom-built, stair-to-ceiling railing system that looks great and provides the necessary safety we were looking for. They also made it removable to accommodate large objects up and down stairs. The amount of time they spent was crazy, and the amount of math they did to ensure it was plumb and solid was above and beyond our expectations. My house was built in 1933, and this railing system looks like it could have been original to the house. It is a masterpiece. Everyone at Russell's Contracting we have met and who has worked on our house has been exceptional. You can stop scrolling for contractors; call Russell's."

"I had my front door and storm door replaced and installed, along with the jamb, sill, and the trim inside and outside. I also had a storm door installed in the basement. I found Mr. Rothwell's quote and evaluation of the job to be fair and knowledgeable. He encountered a few unexpected snags in the work and put in extra time and effort well past daylight to make it all come out right while honoring his original quote. He also helped me install a large dog door in the new storm door for a minimal fee. The job was done with great care from start to finish and I was and still am very pleased with the results. I would recommend Mr. Rothwell to anyone who is interested in getting a fair price for a job done professionally and with great care. I would definitely re-hire Mr. Rothwell in the future should I have need for further services."

"RORHI completed our basement renovation. They did fantastic work, and all the contractors were highly professional: the framers, the insulators, the drywallers, the electrician, and the finishers. They went above and beyond to accommodate some special requests, like installing a commercial dehumidifier and finishing the walls of the storage closet, which were not part of the original scope, which greatly enhanced the finished look. We had a great experience working with Evan, Mike, and Matt (the initial estimator), as well as Inmer (finishes and framing), Eddie (painter), and the electrician. Despite minor miscommunications leading to necessary changes, they promptly addressed our concerns, sending someone immediately or the following day to resolve issues. Overall, we were impressed by RORHI's dedication and responsiveness, and we plan to hire them again for our next projects."
