"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

"I'm remodeling a rental property, was looking for help to get things done faster. Contacted All Builds Construction to do drywall/tape/mud/finish ceilings in two rooms. Found out during the estimate they can do much more than just drywall. Ended up also having them install kitchen cabinets and countertops. Everything from communication to price to workmanship were all great, no complaints at all. I would absolutely recommend them, and will certainly call the next time I need more work done. You won't be disappointed, give them a call!"

"Everyone I have worked with was great. Victor did a good job of explaining exactly what needed to be done when he came out to give me an estimate. Due to the tricky layout of my yard, they had to bore instead of just excavate. My situation was complex due to the house being on an incline, the neighbor's fence being too close to the side of the house for them to excavate where the original water line was, and the hookup to the main was in the middle of a city sidewalk. Some of the companies I contacted could not even handle the job. OBA had to bring in special boring equipment, which bumped the price up, but it also did minimal if any damage to the roots of my neighbor's 100 year old pine tree. I love that tree, so that was a relief. There was also only a tiny patch of my yard that got ripped up for it. The crew that worked on the replacement, John Orr, Joe Iake, and Buck were efficient, couteous, and professional. Heather in the office also helped resolve a problem for me. The best part is that OBA did it for $1,850 less than the estimate I was given by a competitor. I would definitely recommend."

"Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I took multiple bids on my basement project across basement companies in Columbus. Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They did a fantastic job. The installation crew even wiped down my floors for me after they were done! They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. Rating of sales 5/5 Rating of the installation crew 5/5 Rating of management 5/5 Rating of mid-state as a company : 10/5 I do not believe I would have received this level of responsiveness of any of the competitors. I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done. In my experience, they offer the most fair pricing."
