Just wanted to thank Kody DeWitt with Home Genius Exteriors for helping us get our new roof. It was long over due and we were not sure what our options were. That is where Kody came in and walked us through the entire process. He got on the roof and climbed up in a tiny little crawspace that I would never get into. He came down pouring sweat but never missed a beat. After he came down he went over all of issues we had in our crawspace and on the roof. We didnâ t know what to expect but Kody is the man! After going over all the issues he broke down the price and payments. It was a bit more than we expected but we knew Kody was not just trying to sell us. He had our best interests at heart. He actually found a way to make it affordable and we didnâ t have to give up anything the roof needed. We were expecting we would have to wait to get it done but he came Wednesday and the roof will be done today!!!! Wow Kody and Home Genius Exteriors are awesome and we will be sending anyone we know to talk to Kody!!!

Fast work. Great communication up until trying to communicate with project manager. Was told everything would be completed within two days. The roof was done in one which was awesome, but I am still waiting on gutters a week later and won't be given a day/time for them. Just keep being told "early next week" or "tomorrow". Sales portion and inspection went great. Fantastic everything up until the install.
