Paul was able to fit my project in the week I called, which exceeded my expectations. And the gentleman he sent to my house for my projects was great. "Pro Performance Construction was the contractor used by my window supplier to replace and install all new custom windows and doors in my house. The quality of work and attention to detail was outstanding. The project leader in particular paid very close attention to the leveling and glide resistance to the large patio doors, taking the time required (on a fixed-price contract) to make sure that the travel and resistance of the sliding doors was perfect and to spec. The team even went above and beyond the scope of the contract (at no cost) to repair cedar siding that was compromised (unrelated to the installation) outside of the area of the windows. PPC's owner/operator is hard worker and true to his word. He maintains excellent relationships with other high-quality trade professionals which he is able to bring into jobs quickly and independently. I am very happy with PPC's work on my own house and will engage his team on additional projects. I highly recommend PPC for repair, remodel, and construction jobs."

"RORHI completed our basement renovation. They did fantastic work, and all the contractors were highly professional: the framers, the insulators, the drywallers, the electrician, and the finishers. They went above and beyond to accommodate some special requests, like installing a commercial dehumidifier and finishing the walls of the storage closet, which were not part of the original scope, which greatly enhanced the finished look. We had a great experience working with Evan, Mike, and Matt (the initial estimator), as well as Inmer (finishes and framing), Eddie (painter), and the electrician. Despite minor miscommunications leading to necessary changes, they promptly addressed our concerns, sending someone immediately or the following day to resolve issues. Overall, we were impressed by RORHI's dedication and responsiveness, and we plan to hire them again for our next projects."
