"I decided to get my tub-shower combo changed into a walk-in shower to help accommodate my mother while she stayed with me recovering from a knee replacement surgery. From start to finish West Shore Home was amazing. From contacting me to schedule the consultation, selecting the ideal design, financing, installment, and follow-up. The design consultant Justin was on time, friendly, relatable and professional. He was also very thorough in explaining various options, comparisons to other companies, and understood my budget concerns. He even took extra time with me and contacted Jolen to get more assistance as needed. She was awesome as well. Although the projected time frame quoted for the installation was well after my mom's surgery, the call I received for the install to be done earlier was right on time (like I was picking up my mom from the hospital and got the call that the install would be the next day- perfect cause she would be home!). The installers Willie and Kordale came bright and early, professional, and ready to work. I appreciated the time and effort they put into ensuring I received a quality product even though they ran into a structural problem in my home. They explained to me the issue and figured out a work around that did not dimenish the integrity of the business or their work. I was so happy with the final product I could have cried. I definitely appreciate the hard work of Willie and Kordale, because they did not give up and everything was done in a timely matter. And the clean up once finish was amazing. When people come to visit now they don't even remember what the tub-shower looked like before. The work was done so perfect that it looked like my older home built in the 90s came with the West Shore Home shower. I'm definitely considering changing the other restrooms in my home and when I do I will be working with West Shore again. Great organization, excellent time management, and true total quality all around!"

"He installed missing lintel above kitchen picture window. Then reinstalled brick. He is skilled and very meticulous with an eye for detail. He went above and beyond expectations. He caulked above a door next to the window. Other pros wouldn't bother. He also went to great effort searching for and matching grout color to existing. Very happy with the work."

"I hired them to replace some Hardie board around my chimney. It was a smallish job but they jumped right on it whereas other companies had told me it was too small for them. On the day of they showed up on the time we had agreed on and got right to work. I couldn't believe how good the finished product turned out. They did a stellar job and I would hire them for any other jobs that arise. They also cleaned up the site beautifully. I give them 20 out of 10!!!"

"On top of being excellent at their work (I hired them for house painting and repairing and installing new fences), Erick and his crew are clean, courteous and professional. I am picky and I inspected their work as they went along and they addressed each concern I had. They didnâ t try to upsell me on services or supplies and whenever a spot was missed, they immediately corrected it. In fact, another contractor splashed over their paint job and he cleaned it for no extra charge. I highly recommend Erick and will use his company again. With a 100 yo house, I will undoubtably need his services again."
