"My parents and I hired Jeff Wilbanks to repair their home after filing a water damages claim through their insurance. I found his company on this Home Advisor site and reading through reviews. Jeff contacted me back very promptly and we discussed the needed repairs. Jeff was truly an answer to prayer after many months of having to struggle with the insurance claims process (Allstate is deplorable). We talked on multiple occasions to make sense of the insurance estimate and make selections to put my parents house back in order, and my parents were very pleased with him and his subs. They did an excellent job with insulation, drywall repair, new carpet, new LVT, painting, trim work, door replacement, toilet and faucet replacement, closet repair, and so much more that Iâ m sure Iâ m missing. He is very trustworthy and kind and I know he went above and beyond for our family. The house looks great and he did it quickly, considering the process with insurance outside of our control. "On top of being excellent at their work (I hired them for house painting and repairing and installing new fences), Erick and his crew are clean, courteous and professional. I am picky and I inspected their work as they went along and they addressed each concern I had. They didnâ t try to upsell me on services or supplies and whenever a spot was missed, they immediately corrected it. In fact, another contractor splashed over their paint job and he cleaned it for no extra charge. I highly recommend Erick and will use his company again. With a 100 yo house, I will undoubtably need his services again."

"We hired VersaTile to replace the grout and caulk in our primary bathroom shower. Our house was built in 2001 and the shower has seen better days. We love the tile in our shower and chose to replace the grout and caulk in lieu of replacing the whole shower with new tiles. I contacted Chris at VersaTile and sent him photos and scheduled an appointment for him to inspect our shower. Chris inspected our shower on a Sunday and gave us a fair price to do the job. He also checked to see if there was a possible water pan leak, which fortunately, there was not. He said that he could do the job on Tuesday. We hired him on the spot. He arrived at 9:00 that morning and completed the job within 6 hours. The shower came out gorgeous. It looks brand new, just like the day when we moved in. Chris is a perfectionist and worked continuously until the job was done. I highly recommend Chris at VersaTile and will use him for other projects in the future."
