"I found these guys by happenstance, after contacting and receiving quotes from the two, allegedly, top companies in the field of waterproofing and foundation repair. Both drew up elaborate work plans for thousands of dollars of work, and one of the plans was centered in an area in which there was no water intrusion!! What a breath of fresh air it is to have a service pro say upon rounding the corner of your property, "I know what this is." Turns out they did! Point is, Total Masonry and Waterproofing actually offered to grind out the existing mortar across the entire porch and steps + completely re-mortar everything so things looked good across the board. This is a 30-year-old home so there was a lot to be done. They knocked it very quickly and efficiently. They also did an excellent job at cleaning up / siliconing some cracks on the cement slab on our front porch - these were created during some recent polyfil we had installed.
