What best describes the project?: Screen in existing covered porch or patio

Comment: We have an 1880's Mansard roof Victorian home and we'd like some of the window frames (outside) to be reconstructed, where squirrels have eaten their way through the wood and there is leaking. We'd like an estimate on one window for sure - and then see how many we can do. We also have other house projects that we will pursue, eventually (like putting an apt in the basement, replace front door, etc) so - we are in the process of understanding the budget for these things.
