"Everyone I dealt with was professional, polite and treated me like a valued customer. The Salesman, David, was thorough in explaining the product the company offers for my project. Bill coordinated the final measurements and the installation crew. I was not expecting the work to be done until early November. It was done October 21, 2020, weeks early. The installation crew, Ivan and Vito, were clean, professional and installed my six windows in a half day (replacing original windows from 1937 when the house was built). They were very careful of my outdoor plants and interior belongings. They thoroughly cleaned up and replaced the blinds hardware they had to remove to do the job. You'd be hard pressed to know they were even there. They were professional and true craftsmen. I cannot be happier with the quality of the windows or the service provided by ProEdge Remodeling by Custom Built. They are worth every penny I paid and they look so natural. "We had Star Windows Doors and Siding, LLC come out among a batch of 4 other companies for a Windows and siding replacement. They had excellent communication. From Dennis's estimate all the way to passing inspection, they were on top of their business. The estimate had every combination of options listed with exactly what they were going to do and photos of the planned work. Dennis come out on the same day to inspect any issues we brought up. Our contact with the office was also superb and always timely. The work was done swiftly and well. The installer were done before I got back from work. They were excellent to work with, took feedback very well and were very hard and efficient workers."

"Tony and his crew are TRUE professionals. My roof, on a historic house, was over 100 years old and the insurance was about to drop me if I did not have it replaced. Tony explained the whole process to me when I had the estimate. He came for an estimate on a Thursday and was at my house the very next Tuesday. The entire project was done within a week; from the time he gave me the estimate to the time the gutters were done. This is a PRO TEAM. I would recommend them to anyone. "After interviewing several companies, I decided to hire Select because although they were not the cheapest, I felt they were the most honest and forthright in their analysis and estimate. Jason came to my home several times to answer my questions and Select was willing to work with my HVAC contractor's timeframe. On April 25, 2018, Tommy and his crew of 3 arrived and began their work promptly and professionally. They had to demolish a finished basement wall in order to reach a problem existing for fifty years in my home. They were meticulous in the entire job, cleaning after themselves and leaving the premises in great shape. They were pleasant and answered all my questions about the installation. When they left and I had forgotten to address something, I called Select and Andrew ( shop foreman) came to my home to handle the issue on the same day. So far, with all this heavy rain, my basement is dry for the first time in fifty years. I highly recommend Select."

"It is with deep satisfaction that I recommend Gradys Painting and Plastering & Construction. Mr. George Grady is a skilled craftsman. He was hired to correct long neglected and extensive masonry and window issues on a large, beautiful Presbyterian Church built in the Civil War era in Philadelphia. The property was neglected with only minimal maintenance performed over the last 40+ years. The building was in severe decline and in need of stabilization and restoration on many fronts. Cracked ledge plates were chipped out and reestablished, internal walls damaged by leakage were broken out and repaired, brickwork was repointed and in severe cases reestablished to original strength and beauty. Leaks around the base of the building were addressed to stabilize deterioration of the foundation. Large rotted window sills under beautiful stained glass windows were restored after significant masonry reestablishment due to water damage under the rotted out sills. Broken and missing stained glass windows are in the process of repair and replacement. The process started with new metal frames cast by Mr. Grady. The new frames will hold clear painted replications of the original stained glass, also crafted by Mr. Grady. Regular windows all around the church and manse were also repaired and restored. Roof leaks were accurately identified and repaired. A sagging plaster ceiling has been torn out and restored. All this work was done by Mr. Grady alone or with an occasional helper. He worked with care, expertise and respect for the original structure. The results far exceeded our expectations and have injected new life into a building on the brink. This building, owned by the Presbytery of Philadelphia, now houses a new urban ministry in a newly gentrifying area of the city. We are happy to have had the good fortune to be connected to Gradys Painting and Plastering & Construction by Service Magic."
