"Ivan installed new vinyl siding and three new windows in our home. When the old fiberboard siding was removed, lots of wood rot and poor insulation were uncovered due to poor workmanship done by the original builder. Ivan fixed all the problems and we are so very happy with the result. Our house looks great and our furnace runs way less since the drafts are gone. Ivan and his crew perform high-quality work; they are honest, friendly and their communication was excellent. "This crew was excellent. They did an excellent job of installing my porcelain ceramic planks in the living room. They did this at a lower cost than had I gone with the place I bought the flooring from. They picked up the flooring materials to bring to the job and did very professional work. They cleaned the floor well after the job as not to leave grout dust on the floor. I plan on hiring them again soon to do more work for me. I absolutely would recommend this company to anyone looking for home improvements."

"Our service tech, Rob, showed up even before the scheduled time, and got to work immediately after me showing him our problem. He readily fixed our sliding patio door, and went on to do another repair that was needed. In addition, I showed him a couple of other items that I have been thinking of having done. He took photos and said to contact Ace Handyman Services if I decided to proceed. Rob was very personable, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I found Ace Handyman Services on line and emailed them. I received a call the next morning, and had the work scheduled for that afternoon. Would highly recommend. In these times of subpar service providers, this was a breath of fresh air. Would definitely use again."

"I had a great experience from start to finish. I had four different foundation companies look at the large crack in my foundation. Two said to put epoxy in it and I would be good. The third offered a slightly more involved fix that would not address the root of the problem. American Waterworks was different from the start. First of all, they book a three hour appointment so they can fully investigate, measure and explain exactly what is happening and what needs to be done to truly fix the problem. The level of knowledge and expertise shown by the the Design Specialist, Chuck, was astounding. He even predicted that there would be at least one if not two more cracks in the foundation we could not see and their location and he was right on both counts. I ended up needing 10 helical piers and 7 helical anchors to repair the foundation and stop it from rotating backwards toward the hill and to stabilize and lift the foundation back to its original position. The three man installation crew was incredible. Jose the Foreman, Luis the Co-Foreman, and Jose the Production Specialist were extremely hard working, knowledgeable and always willing to take time to answer any questions I had about the project. Their level of professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail put me at ease during such a major undertaking and I always knew my house was in good hands. I can not recommend American Waterworks enough to anyone needing their foundation repaired."
