Project of demo old deck and build a new to the same plan did not get started until late November. There were periodic weeks during the winter that did not allow for any work. The company owner/manager(Ivan) kept us informed of the status. The quality of workmanship was very good and followed the city inspection. Project that was over 15K came in at the bid price.

Ivan came out to replace our garage trim due to squirrel damage and did a fantastic job. He was timely, responsive, and easy to communicate with where I had questions. Very easy to work with Ivan. Squirrel crisis averted and garage looks very good - high quality job by Ivan. I also had Ivan look at an ice damn issue we have been having on a section of our home. Ivan assessed the insulation, showed me the issue with lack of insulation (there was only 3 inches) and the building standards, gave me a fair price on insulating, and a week later he has insulated this section of our home. I am confident this will take care of our ice damn issue. I also could not believe this was not caught when we bought our home and again had insulation checked by a company last year after paying $3000 in ice dam removal. We are very thankful for Ivan?s expertise. Ivan stands behind his work and will help if we have additional concerns. I will 110% leverage Ivan in the future at our home.

This was a tricky project which required replacing deck footings without removing the deck or the gazebo on the deck. They were able to start right away and completed the project in 3 days. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

Had a small patch of drywall which needed to be replaced. Ivan called, scheduled a visit, and provided a quote all in the same day I listed the project. One of his workers, Ricky was able to come in and perform the work that same week. Ricky did an excellent job and both he and Ivan were professional and friendly. Will definitely hire them for future projects.
