Because I have 5 year plans to expand the house and separated garage, we went through lots of scenarios for protecting the house now for less money since everything will be redone during the expansion. And Brad was amazing. He helped me figure out a plan that was affordable and made so much sense for what I’m looking to do. I don’t always have the greatest experiences with various folks involved in home repair (plumbers, electricians), and was almost crying by how understanding and helpful he was. I wasn’t upsold anything and when he left I felt so much more informed and excited to have found my siding people for when I do replace it all down the line. Thank you to Brad!!"

Brandon is the optimum professional to call for any roof/gutter problems! From start to finish, Brandon listened to the problem where we needed a new gutter installed above our long country porch, arranged a day and time for specialists to come and kept me abreast of the timeline through phone calls and texts. This man is on the ball and a consummate professional! It was a difficult task because of the position of our water spigot down below. Brandon said it was an “easy fix” and we had asked several contractors to remedy it for the past 20 years. We had paid for roofers to replace the wood above the porch’s roof last year due to water damage from the water not draining on the left side. The two specialists, who were efficient, courteous and hard working, cleaned out the full gutter, drained all the water that had accumulated and inserted a new gutter that drained the water away from the house. "I needed repair done quickly pursuant to the sale of my home and an impending closing. Casey arranged an estimate within 24 hours and once hired, had a crew there two days later. They had approximately 750 square feet of siding removed and three quarters of the new siding installed the first day. Once the old siding was removed and a problem with the way the old siding was installed, he explained the process to solve the issue thoroughly, made the necessary adjustments to comply with proper installation requirements to support the warranty of the product, and completed the project the next day. Quality of work was excellent and they left the property as clean as it was before they arrived. My only very minor concern was that due to a mis-communication within the organization, when a representative from the homeowners association questioned his authority to do the work, it could have been handled more diplomatically."

"HIired Serge Home Improvement, i for a partial remodel of the kids bath-new shower surround and flooring. During the time, I got the bid and he started work, the laundry room flooded and I asked if he could work on that too. Serge worked with the insurance adjustor and myself to bring the bid in at the insurance companies expectations. He had the laundry room up and running in a couple of days, with lovely new trim. This was a huge relief, as I had now washer for 2 weeks and laundry was piling up. Most of the bids I got for the bathroom work were in $15-$20K or more range. Serge's costs were reasonable and we agreed on what he'd provide and what I'd provide-tile and surround. When asked why the tub should be replaced he explained he wanted to make sure the plumbing was correct. He was right about that, the previous owner had "tiled" himself and done the plumbing. It was mess but Serge fixed it. Furthermore, he used lots of water proofing which gave me peace of mind as the kids splash like crazy. In 2 weeks, the bathroom was finished, and ready to use. I had him re-caulk my tub, and replace light fixtures in the dinning room and family room. It cost a small bit more than I budgeted, but having done remodels in the past I expected that. We are thrilled with the updated bathroom and new light fixtures. I a already discussing future projects with Serge. The best thing about Serge is his doesn't do mind doing projects on your house off and on. My previous contractor stopped taking my projects, because "projects to small and piece meal". Thankfully, Serge doesn't have that attitude."
