"Pablo and his entire team gave me a very reasonable quote for replacing our roof, replacing cedar siding, painting our outside home, redoing a bathroom completely, replacing a porch, renovation g a stone patio and walkway. I couldn’t be happier with the results that he and his entire team did for our home. They worked very hard, were meticulously in all aspects, made great improvement suggestions, never tried to charge me more than we agreed on and every single person who he works with was pleasant, professional and took pride in their craftsmanship. I am planning to continue using Pablo Schroeder and his team to renovate my entire house. Pablo always answers bis phone calls or returns calls promptly. Plus, I know the local manager of a hardware store that professionals use called Rings End and his had high praise for Pablo and his brother Dan Schroeder. "Steve was prompt, courteous, and professional! My project was the removal of a built-in oil tank that had begun to leak. A support wall had to be braced, an opening created, and then the wall had to be rebuilt after the tank was out. The house's outside wall and siding also required repair where the old oil fill and venting pipes had come into the house. Steve also converted the empty space where the tank had been so it can now be used for storage. The project was done as negotiated and at that cost. He left my house clean each day. I am very pleased with his work and happily recommend him!!"
