Garrett and his team removed a load bearing wall for us to create a larger living room. The job required demo, architect drawings, inspection, installing LVL beams, adding recessed lights, replacing wood flooring, and drywall. The whole job took about 4-5 weeks. Garrett walked us through the whole process and was always very prompt. If he said he would show up at 9 AM, he would show up at 9 AM. He was also very upfront about our costs?no surprises. Our new living room looks great! I highly recommend Garrett for any renovations!

We hired Garrett  to build an attached mudroom and garage to our home.  After interviewing many contractors, we decided to go with Garrett. Don't let his age  scare you. We found him to be hard working, honest, caring fair and professional.  We were very impressed with his quote. Everything was spelled out. None of our other quotes were broken down like Garrett's.  During the work if there was any issue, Garrett dealt with it immediately.      We would highly  recommend Garrett R Gerard Construction and if we build anything again we would definitely  use Garrett again.

Garrett was very nice to work with very professional has a ton of experience I hired him for some mulching on the side of the house to clean up the woods some and it came out perfect I would 100% hire him again and highly recommend to anyone needing to get some work done around the house or property big or small
