"My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."

He showed us a variety of colors and types of siding and was extremely knowledgable. We decided on Sensible Home Products because they were the only company to insist on doing the job properly for the best price. Other companies recommended we side over the old clapboard but found out even though it's the easiest and cheapest way, it's not the right way. We were very comfortable with his references and professionalism. No matter how busy his schedule was, he was on our property daily, checking on the work of his crew. After removing the original clapboard, damage was discovered and he worked with our insurance company to resolve the situation and was a great help. We were very happy with the job that was done the right way. Great workmanship, attention to detail and cleaned up every day.
