"We obtained 4 quotes from different roofing contractors. We chose Garden State Roofing and Chimney primarily due to Besi who came out to give my wife and I an estimate. After Besi got on the roof and did some measurements, he put a quote together and we sat down and discussed it in detail. He said that a large crew would be out within a week and we got a call from the office soon after giving us the exact date. "This company did an excellent job on my attic chimney repairs. They repaired the bricks stabilized the chimney with support beams and finished the concrete casing. "Materials were ordered swiftly, and the team organized their subcontractors to complete the sequential work in as little time as possible. Most importantly, Sam, Anthony and project manager Adryan were on site every day coordinating the work and reachable within a moment's notice. In a very short three and a half weeks in August, the Universal team completed the complex plan.  New Pennsylvania fieldstone masonry work at the base of the home was installed first, including a new retaining wall.  A brand new timber tech rear deck was built.  Twelve new windows were installed.  All new James Hardie siding was installed and a substantial nine by twelve foot front portico completely transformed the front of the home.  Large scale reno is inexorably daunting, but the Universal team was communicative throughout the process.
