From the initial consultation to the end of the job, they consistently showed up exactly when they said they would and worked extremely long hours to get this project done during four of the most brutal days of the summer heat. All issues with the roof, which was quite complicated because it involved not only an asphalt shingle redo, but also a full flat roof redo with a glue down rubber membrane and string Board installation system. They also redid all of the copper work around the existing chimney and sealed the brick to ensure against any future leaking. Any additional items that came up during the installation were clearly delineated and dealt with fairly with no significant cost overruns. "From the beginning the Customer Service and Sales Presentation was professional and top-notch. Anthony understands the roofing industry, new technological features in rofing practice and the education required to keep up with these changes. Larsen's even teaches roofers in their nicely outfitted warehouses. We paid a small upcharge for the kind of roof we wanted, but all the bells and whistles were included in the quote: chimney covers, intake and outlet vents. The roof is sealed completely, impervious to water and has a 50 yr guarantee. The quote was very reasonable for the level of workmanship we received. Anthony was communicative, responsive, respectful and enthusiastic and knowledgeable about his products. We enjoyed all our interactions with this well-organized and personable Salesman. "My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."
