I called this company and scheduled an in home estimate because I remember this company doing work in the area since I was a child. Josh Edwards came on time and was very professional during the visit. I have had a couple other companies out to give estimates on this project and I ultimately went with Long Home because of Josh. The fact that he used to do installs gives him the unique ability to speak to the technical aspects of an install with unquestionable accuracy. He was able to give me the complete rundown of everything that is needed to complete the install and he was honest and upfront with what I can expect. He also worked with me on the price tremendously. Quality, price, time frame, and representation are all 10/10!

I met this lovely girl named Ciera last night at CVS ! She was so sweet! My daughter liked her SpongeBob keychain and Ciera gave it to her right away! I wanted to pay Ciera but she said no! It was so sweet. The line at CVS was so long me and Ciera started talking about life and her job came up . She explained the different products sold and the wonderful warranty that comes with each product . I will be reaching out soon once we close on my new home so I can get some projects started and hopefully Cierra is my coordinator. GO LONG HOME ! Keep Ciera she is a Gem

I had my bath install a while ago but I never received my warranty documents. I called multiple times and never received it .I spoke to a Josh , an igor? AND a nice young woman named joss I believe but never got anything . I was starting to get mad but I figured Iâ d try one more time . Today I called after 5 hoping someone ANYONE would answer and a young woman named Cierra answered the phone . Within seconds she had my account pulled up and the correct documents emailed to me . Itâ s crazy it took me 4 tries to get my warranty but Iâ m happy to of met Cierra . I hope next time I use Long Home she is still around.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
