Customer service was outstanding. Only reason why I didnâ t give full 5 stars for quality is It is more â to be determined,â only time will tell if it was good quality. So check back in 10 years, but right now itâ s good. Other than that very good experience.

I highly recommend this company. From the first call to Mark to the installation of the roof, we were pleased with them. The installers worked tirelessly on very hot days. They were professional and extremely neat. Our yard was left clean with no traces of a roof even being installed. The roof looks beautiful!

Repairs preformed continued to leak. After numerous attempts, contractor would not respond to phone messages or emails as to the problem. I filed a complaint to the CT Department of Consumer Protection.

Repairs were covered by insurance. The original agreement said that they would complete all work approved by insurance but the contract (which was long and complicated) was for only the expensive roof repair. They never did the low-cost inside repairs presumably because it was not as lucrative. They kept promising to come back but never did.
