They are timely, communicative and ensure that we as homeowners know all angles of a job. Top level craftsmanship and attention to detail they provide an incredible end project. They replaced our roof which is a steep tricky roof and were able to get it done in one day. Where our first floor roof meets the siding we had some rot on some siding along the roof edge. Brian looked closer and said half the roofline needed to be cut out. Instead of just replacing the bad siding, Brian cut out a line across the entire edge so that it would look uniform. He fixed and replaced the flashing and covered it with plastic wood. He recommended this for aesthetics and to help prevent any further degradation. Adding an additional unforeseen cost, we feel that the cost was competitive and fair for the amount of time, material and attention to detail.

Iâ ve had Brian do several jobs . He remodeled full bath, new floor, new sink and vanity, remove old shower and create a closet. Also had him remove and install a sliding door. This last job was a new vinyl plank kitchen floor and remove old florescent light and install 6 recessed canisters. Looks amazing!!! He also makes sure the work areas are cleaned up at the end of each work day. Also protects any flooring from dirt and debris with drop cloths. Not only does he get the job done but is also compassionate about the family heâ s working for. I also have him set up for more work in the fall!

Brian was a complete professional through the whole process. In addition to a new bathroom floor he also repaired walls and replaced a Sheetrock ceiling at the same time. I will check with him for any project that we need help with before going anywhere else.

We reached out to Brian on a Sunday morning and he responded within 30 minutes. That initial encounter was representative of all of our dealings with him. He is responsive and professional. There was a slight delay with a supplier, the effects of which were communicated promptly and the schedule revised. Heâ s clean and tidy with his work and pays great attention to detail. In the course of the installation of our new sliding door, Brian discovered and resolved issues left behind by the previous owner. We are very pleased with the work done and will not hesitate to have Brian work his way through our list of repairs and future projects. For thumbs up from us!

This was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Brian gave me a ballpark estimate before he came to took at the job in detail, the replacement of two sliding glass doors to the deck, and the final quote was precise and reasonable. The team arrived exactly when they said they would and worked incredibly hard for two very hot days. Despite the conditions, the quality of the work and the attention to detail was exceptional. Brian explained everything clearly as they went along. I couldn't be happier with Absolute Building Solutions, and have already hired them for another job.
