Iâ ve owned homes for 50 years and have NEVER had a better experience with a contractor than with Cittrix. Dan and his crew were on time, precise in their workmanship, polite, neat and thorough in every respect. Dan was honest. Informative and paid attention to every detail of the project.

Really great experience..mild communication issues with scheduling and receiving a quick quote, but nothing that was really a big deal. Great quality from what I can tell and the price was fantastic!

They were great to work with. Their attention to detail was exceptional. Their communication was also excellent - they would text me each day and let me know what time they would be there. There was also additional damage they detected when removing the existing flat roof that was also addressed! I would have no hesitation in recommending them!! 5 stars!!!!

After obtaining many quotes from roofing providers from both Yelp and HomeAdvisor, I contracted with Cittrix Roofing and am extremely happy of my choice. Dan was the upmost professional throughout the process. While others provided me quotes through a text, verbally over the phone, and some with a summary written proposal, Dan provided a very detailed written proposal that included all services and materials needed, and nothing more which I was very appreciative of. In addition he offered options at reasonable, upfront prices. This enabled me to procure a new roof with everything I wanted...no more, no less, all at a very fair price. Dan didn't try to upsell me something I didn't need. All materials used were first quality and which I considered industry leading edge technology. As well, Dan made the process easy, constantly and quickly answering my many email questions and requests for different options being considered, took payments onsite through his iPad sending me immediate electronic updates to my written quote, and sent confirmations of payments and invoices all electronically. As well, the project was completed extremely fast (1-1/2 days from start to finish), despite rain occuring during the work. His team, including his foreman Abraham, were the top notch, easy to work with, and bent over backwards to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Anyone looking for a new roof would do themselves a favor to contact Dan and Cittrix.

This company did everything just as we could have wished. Ours was a tear-off and replacement. Dan was informative about the product and process and some updated things we were not aware of, even pointing them out on nearby rooves; staff stopped by to check on the job twice that we know of, and the crew was GREAT. They were on time, courteous, careful and quick. We anticipated a delay because of rain showers but they were done literally before we knew it. We love our new roof. I would recommend this company to ANYone!
