Jeff Newlin Painting

We are so happy with the work that Jeff Newlin and his team did to make our home look beautiful. The necessary work included cleaning, scraping, sanding, priming and painting every surface of our historic wood sided home. It was done with great care, 5 weeks of uninterrupted work, with diligence and good spirits. Jeff and his crew showed up on time every day, worked hard, and left the work site in good condition at the end of the day. Every detail on the house was expertly addressed including not just paint but also carpentry, masonry, trim, and screen repairs. The cost of the job was that as originally proposed and never was additional payment requested. The team was very pleasant and seemed to enjoy their work. Jeff was careful to keep us updated daily on work progress and any issues that came up during the course of the project. Any problems were quickly addressed with a good solution. We feel like the Newlin Company worked on our house as though it was their own and we are so happy with the finished product.

Jeff met with me several times and made sure of every detail before starting the job. He and his dad and crew were great! They went above and beyond my expectations. Jeff Newlin and his team are true professionals. We recently hired Jeff to paint the exterior of our house, detached garage, and barn. The quality of the work is exceptional. Here's what we liked about Jeff Newlin Painting: 1. The team was prompt. They arrived each morning at 7:30A like clockwork. They wrapped up each day by 4P. 2. Jeff clearly loves his team. Jeff pays them well, he does not overwork them (as many contractors do), and when the summer heat became too intense, Jeff took his crew home. 3. As a result, Jeff's crew showed care in everything they did. They were respectful of our home, asked questions, and were very polite. 4. The prep work and carpentry was top notch. Jeff's team seamlessly replaced any rotten wood. I can't find any signs of patching, even though I know where to look. 5. Jeff Newlin painting uses top grade Benjamin Moore paint. 6. Paint application was outstanding. Jeff's team changed our house from a yellowish-tan to a modern gray in two coats. There is absolutely no sign of the underlying color. 7. Jeff was onsite daily, and always available by text or phone. 8. At the end of the job, site cleanup was spotless. 9. Jeff has been very agreeable to coming back for touch ups (We installed new exterior lights, and Jeff returned to touch up around the edges). I don't often write reviews, but Jeff Newlin Painting deserves the praise.

Jeff and his team painted several rooms in my home and added crown molding. The quality of their work is outstanding. Jeff was very patient and helped me with the choice and placement of my paint colors. He was very accommodating of my schedule and went the extra mile in getting the projects finished. I was amazed with the way the house looked when they were finished - like they had never been there. Everything was clean and put back in place. I am already planning to ask Jeff and his team to help me again with some home projects in the Spring. Very highly recommend this company!!

Jeff and Dave are wonderful individuals to work with. Their employees are the best! Attention to detail was exceptional. Work crew was happy and worked exceedingly well together. Our home now looks brand new.

We hired Jeff and his crew to finish removing the stipple from our first floor ceilings, make them smooth and paint them. It is so beautiful now. They were within their time schedule, worked with us on pricing and very customer/family friendly. We plan to use them again for more painting work around our house. High praise!

Jeff and his crew made my house look brand new, everything was done to my satisfaction with a couple of spots having to be gone over because of carpet installation. He returned the day after they finished and touched up. His crew patched places that I didn’t even realize needed to be patched. He painted everything, including closets and shelves. Wonderful work!

First of all, these have to be the some of the nicest guys I have ever had working on my house. We hired them to paint the exterior of our house, which is quite large and the previous owners had painted strangely to say the least. They arrived as scheduled and Jeff did not just drop off a crew and leave them. He stayed and oversaw the whole 3 week job. The quality of their work is excellent. Carlos is a genius with the wood filler! I probably shouldn't say this because now everyone will ask but they even washed my windows (and there are a lot of windows!). We had a couple of issues pop up and Jeff dealt with them quickly and easily. They also painted my miles of horse fencing on super hot days without getting paint all over the grass and did a great job. I highly recommend Jeff, his dad, and his team.
