He was able to access the foundation after removing the old steps and he discovered that the concrete beneath them was not level. He quoted a very reasonable price to fix it and he was able to complete the job and install the steps in a very timely manner. His work was excellent! "I hired this company to wash the front and back of my 3-level townhouse and my second story deck made of composite wood. They did an excellent job, They were professional, efficient, and tidy. My house and deck both look great! I would definitely hire them again. My only complaint (and the reason for the 1/2 star off) was that they were scheduled to come to me between 12n and 2PM. They arrived bright and early at 8AM. I was not at home but was able to get home quickly to see to them. I didn't get any sort of confirmation email or phone call the day before, so not sure what happened. I just glad I was able to salvage the appointment. Other than that, I highly recommend this company."

"Here's the REVIEW: AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY ENOUGH! Called them on Monday, service call and on Tuesday, Jack was here at 9 am. Here's the best thing: he figured the problem in 30 minutes, explained both the problem and how to fix it, throughly answered all of our questions, had all the equipment and supplies needed, AND completed the work in 3 hours that very day. Her's the backstory: When our electrical service blew, we contacted Cooper Electric on HomeAdvisor. The tech was really late with no phone call and couldn't figure out the problem. Asked that we call the office to schedule a followup service call. Did that: we were told the next available appt was 2 weeks out. Imagine a holiday party in 2 days with candles and flashlights and no cooking. We were without any electric, 2 weeks was ridiculous, and the cost estimate was unreasonable. The office person said he was a 20-yr electrician who said he didn't understand the tech's notes. Talk about LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE--you're getting the picture, right? Of course we fired them. Moral of the story ELECTRICMASTERS IS YOUR FIRST CHOICE!!!"

"Jason took our stairs to the basement that were a tiny spiral mid evil type stair case and made them so amazing. He also took out 7 layers of flooring in our kitchen and laid new real wood to match our current wood floor. He also drove out of his way to pick up our new granite. He came back a couple years later and redid our entire front porch and did some electrical and other odd and end jobs. He is an honest man and Works very hard."

"Dave and his team did an excellent job! They regraded a portion of our backyard by our house (to help stop our basement from leaking) and turned it into a limestone gravel patio. They also did some last minute projects for us like filling the base for our new shed with limestone and graveling another muddy area of our yard. They were quick, personable, and very affordable.
