He and his team worked quickly and efficiently and finished the job in one day. During the job Erick kept me apprised of the repairs with photographs. Upon completion, they cleaned up the repair debris. Communication was guick and questions were answered promptly. Erick was proud of his work and shared photographs of other completed projects. His price for the repairs was reasonable and fair. I was very pleased with the results and look forward to working with him on future projects."

"When Home Genius knocked on my door I wasn't even considering getting a new roof because I figured I couldn't afford quality work and I wasn't willing to have someone get up there for cheap who was just going to mess things up or cause my work down the line. I had this big hole in my daughter's room and some leakage around my chimney and the roof on my house hadn't been replaced or repaired in maybe fifteen years. "Initially hired Tim's firm to replace deck flooring, rails and stairs. His crew did a good job and we were satisfied. Tim & Amy inspected the work and found some issues that he wasn't satisfied with. He fixed the issues to his satisfaction, which exceeded our expectations, and did so voluntarily at no extra cost. Se were so pleased with Tim's professionalism that we had him do more projects. One crew came to repair drywall and prep several areas for painting. Another crew did the painting of 2 bedrooms, laundry room, basement ceiling, front door and garage. We were having flooring installed by another company at the same time. They found water and termite damage near our front door, and couldn't complete the flooring until it was repaired. I called Tim in a panic and explained the problem. He and Amy came the same day and worked until 9:30 pm to repair the problem so the installers could complete their work on schedule. Tim & Amy also did repairs to a crawl space. Tim & his crews are professional, thorough and efficient. Tim follows up and inspects every project to assure that we are completely satisfied. We have more projects scheduled based on the excellent work done so far. If I could award more than 5 stars, I would."

"Jason took our stairs to the basement that were a tiny spiral mid evil type stair case and made them so amazing. He also took out 7 layers of flooring in our kitchen and laid new real wood to match our current wood floor. He also drove out of his way to pick up our new granite. He came back a couple years later and redid our entire front porch and did some electrical and other odd and end jobs. He is an honest man and Works very hard."

In addition to this, details that I may not have considered were covered. For example there was a corner trim piece to my cabinet missing. They went to Home Depot, purchased the piece and brought me a receipt for reimbursement. It looks much nicer when these details are noticed. My kitchen looks wonderful. I am very happy."
