"We are extremely pleased with Brandon with Fresh Start Home Exteriors and the two roofers/gutter specialists who arrived right on time! Brandon is the optimum professional to call for any roof/gutter problems! From start to finish, Brandon listened to the problem where we needed a new gutter installed above our long country porch, arranged a day and time for specialists to come and kept me abreast of the timeline through phone calls and texts. This man is on the ball and a consummate professional! It was a difficult task because of the position of our water spigot down below. Brandon said it was an “easy fix” and we had asked several contractors to remedy it for the past 20 years. We had paid for roofers to replace the wood above the porch’s roof last year due to water damage from the water not draining on the left side. The two specialists, who were efficient, courteous and hard working, cleaned out the full gutter, drained all the water that had accumulated and inserted a new gutter that drained the water away from the house. "HIired Serge Home Improvement, i for a partial remodel of the kids bath-new shower surround and flooring. During the time, I got the bid and he started work, the laundry room flooded and I asked if he could work on that too. Serge worked with the insurance adjustor and myself to bring the bid in at the insurance companies expectations. He had the laundry room up and running in a couple of days, with lovely new trim. This was a huge relief, as I had now washer for 2 weeks and laundry was piling up. Most of the bids I got for the bathroom work were in $15-$20K or more range. Serge's costs were reasonable and we agreed on what he'd provide and what I'd provide-tile and surround. When asked why the tub should be replaced he explained he wanted to make sure the plumbing was correct. He was right about that, the previous owner had "tiled" himself and done the plumbing. It was mess but Serge fixed it. Furthermore, he used lots of water proofing which gave me peace of mind as the kids splash like crazy. In 2 weeks, the bathroom was finished, and ready to use. I had him re-caulk my tub, and replace light fixtures in the dinning room and family room. It cost a small bit more than I budgeted, but having done remodels in the past I expected that. We are thrilled with the updated bathroom and new light fixtures. I a already discussing future projects with Serge. The best thing about Serge is his doesn't do mind doing projects on your house off and on. My previous contractor stopped taking my projects, because "projects to small and piece meal". Thankfully, Serge doesn't have that attitude."

"Our project involved demolition of patio roof, repair of our home roof where old patio roof had been incorrectly attached, dry rot repair, new facia boards, new gutters and the construction of a beautiful new patio roof with 4 sky lights and a light knotty pine ceiling and asphalt shingle roof on it. Nick did an absolutely phenominal job on the whole project. His customer skills were wonderful...from patiently explaining what was needed and how best to accomplish our visions with me when I got home from work each day and then repeating it all when my husband got home later, to his solid record of showing up daily when he said he would (dependability gets 6 stars!!), we couldn't have asked for better service. These guys went above and beyond...they even removed our hot tub for us and hauled it away. We are definitely enjoying our beautiful patio! Thanks, Shay and Nick"

Also provided many photos showing the work he did. Besides cleaning the roof, he applied moss control. Cleaned and repaired our gutters!! I would totally recommend this company!
