"The company responded within 15 minutes after I opened the progect, and have arrived within 1 hour after, did a great job, and were done in about 2 hours. One thing to remember is to keep one filter installed at the blower compartment. The technicians will need that filter to trap the debris. I am not sure why they do not bring a filter with them in case the owner removed theirs, but I understand different houses have different filters, and they cannot carry spare filters of all possible sizes with them, so it is understandable."
