"Contacted Carpet Guys USA, LLC on a Friday to provide carpet repair at business office. Received call back almost immediately, and work was scheduled to be performed the next day. Lee arrived at the site early and proceeded to do excellent job repairing problem area. In addition cut & pieced doorway carpet with remnant, and proceeded to inspect entire office carpeting to ensure no further problem areas, and guaranteeing carpet to last several more years. All personnel I encountered were a pleasure to work with, and I wholeheartedly thank Carpet Guys USA for a job well done!"

"Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"

"I.E. Flooring was very easy to get a hold of when needed. I told them I was going to provide the material. Ivis came as scheduled took measurements and told me exactly what I was going to need, including the self leveler I didn’t know I needed. I’m glad he knows what he’s doing. He didn’t just lay the floor over the ugly green tile like many would do. He took the old tile off and installed the floor. Very little wasted material. Quick and efficient. My wife and I are very satisfied with the way the floor came out. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be contacting him shortly for more projects."
