"Leo and his team did an excellent job refinishing my 1960s hardwood floor. Their price was very competative, they responded quickly, got me on the calandar promptly, and sanded, filled, resanded, stained and applied 2 coats of finish to around 1200sqft, as well as replacing the damaged nosing at the top of my stairs, in two days. Amazing. They also came back the day after for a few touchups that I wanted addressed and took care of them immediately. Comminication is mainly through text, which I prefer, but may not be your preference, so just a heads up. Also, when refinishing floors up to baseboards they will get marked up, just the nature of the beast. We were already planning on redoing our baseboards so it wasn't an issue, but if yours are in good condition I would either find a way to protect them (a few layers of painters tape?) or discuss with Leo what additional service he can provide to protect them. Would thoroughly recommend."

"I solicited detailed quotes from 3 different contractors and ultimately selected M&B Construction to remodel a former storage room into a fully finished home gym space. Of the 3 quotes I received; M&Bâ s proposal was the most competitive. My project required light demolition, extensive framing, some HVAC, electrical, drywall, paint and flooring. I also needed my project completed within a very tight timeline as I was expecting gym equipment to be delivered shortly thereafter. Travis, Dion and the entire team were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They, and their service providers, wore masks in my home EVERY day during the process. They took great care to protect my floors and walls and treated my home, and my family with great respect. They took the time to answer every question and listen to every concern. Throughout the project and after they finished, they cleaned up the site as if they were never there. The quality of the finished product is outstanding. The fine details like paint and paint lines, trim and stain reflect the work of true craftsmen. â Remodelâ doesnâ t appropriately describe this project. â New Constructionâ is a better descriptor of the look and feel of the finished product. When problems happen (as they always do with projects like this), I found Travis, Dion and their entire team to be incredibly accommodating. They were genuinely concerned with my satisfaction with every detail of this work and went above and beyond to ensure that even the smallest issue was rectified. In fact, when the stain on the expensive doors I purchased wasnâ t right, Travis replaced the doors that I had purchased â on his own dime â to make sure they looked perfect. As with most projects of this nature, my contract included progress payments to M&B for different stages of the project. Early on, I accidentally paid the entire balance of the project, with the vast majority of the work still left to be done â removing any financial leverage I had to ensure the project was completed. Incredibly, Travis, Dion and the entire team worked tirelessly â days, nights and weekends â to complete my project on time and with the highest level of quality. You could choose any number of contractors to get your job done. If you are looking for competitive pricing, delivered by skilled craftsmen who are honest and professional, and who will deliver an amazing product â look no further. Hire M&B Construction immediately!"

"The sales representative (Mark) was very knowledgeable and was able to give me an estimate same day. They were able to schedule the work in less than a week (during a very hectic time). The crew (Jared and his team) were TRUE professionals and craftsmen and it was so clear they took a lot of pride in their work. They finished a big job (including stairs) in a little over 2 days. It looks fantastic. Also, gave me great tips on cleaning and care. Normally, I tend to hire small independent business - but I have no doubts I made the right decision. Also, this job included stairs that were rather complex (curved on the bottom step) and they did a fantastic JOB. SO BEAUTIFUL! I highly recommend."

"Quality Carpet Installations recently replaced all of the carpeting in my Littleton townhouse. Throughout my construction and warranty management career, I have worked with many, many contractors, and Joe ranks among the best. Through the sales process, he made positive suggestions, but did not try to "close" me on anything. All aspects of the installation process were punctual and professional. He even did a favor for me with some excess carpet at no additional charge. During the process I had the opportunity to go to his home and meet his wife and children. "Prime Time Restoration literally saved me from having to live in the middle of a construction site inside my family room. I called Prime Time after another previously hired contractor left a 16 foot square hole of dirt, concrete and broken tile in the center of my home, and refused to return. Prime Time came to my home within 90 minutes of my initial call, immediately noticed my distress over an unlivable situation, diagnosed my problem, gave me a written estimate, provided me with a time-line for completion, answered tens of questions and promised to return the next day. By 7:45am the next morning they had arrived. They worked 15 hours, without a break, clearing away 350 square feet and 2400 lbs of broken tile, dirt and and debris. The next business day they were back prepping the floor and laying new concrete. They were even kind enough to answer questions about their product, in writing, in order to satisfy my hardwood floor installer. They were polite, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely kind to my children, especially my three year old daughter and 12 month old son who thought they were there to play. I would hire this company again without any hesitation and would recommend this company to anyone."
