    The salesman I dealt with would not return ph. Calls or text messages. Once they have your money they are done. I needed a subfloor installed to level the floor and it was not done correctly so now I have a small difference in the space that was taken out and what was installed. Customer service was no help.


    The men were hard workers! They did a great job!


    Ready?... Not sure why the installers showed up without enough vinyl to complete the job. They had to send a young man back a day or two later. The job was estimated at approx 3k. I asked for a 12-month no-interest loan for the amount of the job and they told me I qualified for 3k more than needed. I did not request more. I received a credit card with 6k approved and 4055.00 already pending on the card. I panicked and lost 2 days of sleep. Eventually, the correct charge was placed on the card but they should not have tested my credit authorization for MORE than the estimated cost. There was a squeak in the original hardwood floor. I was told that the squeak that I originally showed Mr. Cordova (salesman) would be screwed down. The squeak is still there. I noted this on the paperwork. It is very troubling. If Angie has ANY control over this type of poor workmanship and failure to secure the hardwood floor correctly as indicated on the original paperwork. [Please read the NOTES] on the estimate. The installers did NOT bring the proper screws to secure the squeak. I found this out later. There are screws specifically designed for this procedure. The screws were too short. When I called Empires customer service, Amber was sarcastic and uncaring. What can you do to help me?

    Prompt, was affordable, install was done well and professionally. I do not prefer the quality and long term "hold up" of the carpet as it was supposed to be "stain resistant" and it was not. It also wore down flat with traffic fairly quickly. That could be because of our choice in carpet, and possibly doesn't reflect all their options.
