"From the start meeting with the owner(Walter) for measurements of our two bedroom condo to remove all the carpeting and replace with laminate wood flooring; it was a pleasure to work with.. We were impressed the way the installers handled all the movement of furnitures in and out of each area of work to be done. Great job guys! Also having scheduling conversations with Jenny in the office was a pleasure - thanks! Definitely would recommend Horowitz Flooring for those flooring projects. "We had 3 estimates and Ryan of Jazz Flooring was the middle price. We did ask for a senior discount which brought him the lowest. My husband -Rudy was impressed with his knowledge and information right off. He started early and worked late. He put in 40+ hours of work - it took a long time but was well worth the wait because he's a perfectionist - did all the work himself, alone and did refinishing of 2 large area rooms. There was dust since there is no such thing as 'dustless' but he had the floor looking so awesome and used a wood putty on gouges and nails for a perfect job. We could not be happier with his price, attitude, salesmanship, work ethic and the final results. 5 star service. Highly recommend."
