"First off, Deborah from Immaculate Cleaning called me within 10 minutes of submitting the request on service magic, to top that off they were at our home within 1.5 hrs of the call. From the first call forward IMI was nothing short of perfect from start to finish. One of the things that i loved most about IMI was that they are a full service company, not only did they dry out our water damage but they coordinated the restoration as well. I didn't have to call anyone for anything, IMI did it all, even worked directly with our insurance! IMI is the peace of mind you want when dealing with such a stressful situation! I'd hire them again!!!"
