"Escapes did a great job installing two fences for me. Dan was easy to communicate with before the work started. The week of the work, the installers showed up by 9am every day and worked straight to 5pm, only stopping for lunch. Tanner made sure to ask me questions along the way so that the fence would meet my expectations. They did a thorough job removing the chain link fence that was very overgrown with ivy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a fence installed."

"I definitely recommend Garage Tech if you need your garage door replaced like I did. My 30 year old wooden garage door was showing it's age, and the old style springs were a hazard and a disaster waiting to happen. Their estimate was quite reasonable for a fully insulated steel door with overhead spring and even vinyl seals along the edge. I hired them on the spot and I'm glad I did. They were able to accommodate my tight schedule (we are also having our house painted so needed to get the door done ASAP) and the tech who did the work was very professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly. "The technician was supposed to show up between 11am and 1pm on Thursday - he was a no-show! After repeatedly trying to call and/or text him without success, I called the office, and they said they would have him call me immediately. That was at about 3:30pm. I finally got a call hours later saying that he could make it between 6pm and 8pm. Not convenient, so we scheduled for 9am to 11am the next day. He did finally show up the next morning as scheduled. He replaced a broken spring and I had him also replace the second spring at the same time. After installing the new springs, he re-attached a bracket to the door that is where the door opener attaches to the door. He cut parts of the bracket off, used much larger and longer screws that almost penetrated the outside skin of the door, and used an impact wrench to install them which resulted in all of them stripping out the hole! I had to remove the bracket and reinstall with more and smaller screws. I did not consider this a very professional job and the price was much higher than I had anticipated based on his original estimate. The end result was the door was not fixed appropriately and still did not work when the technician left. After this initial review was submitted I got a call from Elite Garage services and wanted to know why I had written such a poor review. I told them why I was dissatisfied and that my door opener was now burned out because of the improper adjustment of the springs on the door. I was told somewone would be out to look at the job. Ron (I think he's the owner!) showed up and took about 2 minutes to tell me that it was done by a sub-contractor and was not the quality of work his company does. He informed me the person who did the work actually ruined the door and that it need to be replaced! He said his company would replace the door and install a new door opener (which I had on order) AT NO COST TO ME! Now that's what I call excellent customer service! As of yesterday I have a beautiful new garage door and a new garage door opener installed by a technician who obviously new what he was doing. It only took him 2 hours to remove all of the old installation, install the new door and opener, energize and program all 3 of the remotes. He completely cleaned up his mess and left it so clean you wouldn't know he had been there! Great job!! Thank you very much! I have already told several friends about what happened and how Elite made made me a happy customer."

"We had one of our garage door springs break unexpectedly. I used Homeadvisor to find a repair company. Sunnyside called almost immediately and sent out their tech Alex to install a new spring. Alex showed up and went to work right away. He was fast and efficient and had the new spring installed in no time. He adjusted the spring tension so the door operated smoothly and also lubricated all the rollers and checked over all parts of our door and system. We were very happy with their service and would recommend and use them again if we need another repair. Thanks!"
