"Originally the project was for a remove and rebuild of the front porches for my 2-family house. They were falling apart, windows were old & odd sizes and wood needed to be replaced due to rot, etc. Steve & his crew found that a total removal was not necessary. They replaced the old footings bringing the porches to the proper level, reduced the # of windows needed, replaced them with beautiful sliders, replaced the floors, stained the new interior wood to coordinate with the stained wood ceilings & walls, installed 2 new doors, updated the porch lights and weatherproofed all the outside areas. Steve & his crew were a pleasure to work with. Their knowledge & expertise is phenomenal. I'm so pleased with their work and have already received many compliments on my remodeled porches. "Fabiano handled a gut renovation of an apartment involving demolition of kitchen and bath and then building the new kitchen and a new bathroom. He also renovated all bedrooms including divisions ding one bedroom into two made closets removed old paneling installed baseboards also installed new floor fixed the stairs. He also got installers to do carpet electrical floor sanding and coordinated with a plumber. He did some painting himself and hired painter as needed. He worked on the job for three months and finished on time. He was excellent to work with. Explained everything clearly came up with solutions to the issues I raised. He left everything clean. I have the highest recommendation for him. I have worked with many contractors and handymen and he is among the top two."

We now have an absolutely beautiful deck that will last longer than my home with the way it was constructed. I wanted it over built and they delivered. "My pressure treated deck needed replacement. I got 3 bids which I was considering but was told by a friend to check out Remodel or Renew. Mike Christopher, the Owner, came and asked me what was the main thing I was concerned about. I told him that I was looking for quality workmanship with top of the line Trex composite wood that wouldnâ  t require a lot of maintenance. He sat down with his IPad and designed exactly what I wanted. The design he made was like an actual picture of the finished product and the price was great which included the removal and disposal of the former deck. This is the first time Iâ  ve EVER reviewed a business that has done work on our home. They deserve it! First, their builders worked long hours and I observed them as they made sure every step was done with precise measurements and the finished product showed just what I observed. Unbelievably sturdy, they didnâ  t cut corners to save time and it was absolutely beautiful. Also what I consider a huge factor is the Warranties on the work and material. A 25 year Warranty that covers scratching and fading of the Trex flooring and railings. UNBELIEVABLE! Lastly, they left the work area cleaner than before they started and Mike the Owner answered my calls or texts every time I had a question either immediately or responded within 15 minutes. All I can say about Remodel or Renew is if you give them a chance to bid on your project you will be happy and even happier if you hire them and see for yourself what I have just told you!
