"I was very pleased with the very difficult job United Landscaping and Construction Company did of removing a very large tree trunk along with its multiple large underground and on top root system. There was a rock wall along with a rock trim they had to remove along with a small piece of concrete. They then had to put it all back together again after they removed the stump. They did a perfect job. It was a lot of hard work so the price they quoted was fair."

"The specific Job that was done was to retrofit a home to minimize or eliminate damage that could occur due to an earthquake. The work included installing steel attachment brackets between the foundation and the house framing structure. Wood pressure blocks were added between beams in joist bays and between perimeter rim joist and sill plate. Other reinforcements were installed between support posts and beams and between posts and the concrete foundation. I was impressed with the technical knowledge that Mr Khoa had of the overall project. This of course was key to the work done by the team which I would like to stress were hard working and professional in accomplishing their work. "Lifestyle Pavers rocks! They tore out our 35 year old cedar deck and stairs and installed our beautiful new paver patio nearly 3 years ago. Martin and his crew are some of the hardest working people I've ever met, and they do very high quality work, too! Now almost three years later, we had a little settlment in one paver near edge, near the remains of a huge stump that was under the property line and fence so it could not be entirely removed when we built the patio. I contacted Michael and he came over with Martin and Martin quickly determend the cause. We could see where the sand and water were going. Martin went about adding sand and tamping and putting concrete into the hole in vastly improving support for the pavers which he then reinstalled. The patio is once again, perfect! "The crew complete work in May 2025. Project complete included building a rock wall, repairing the fence and another rock wall, making a small patio with flagstone, building a raised bed, removing several shrubs and transplanting 2 shrubs and a small tree. The crew picked up the flagstone, and rocks and also compost to use in the garden. In addition, several indoor projects were building a mantel, doors for a small closet and cabinet and dry covers in the laundry room. "We hired Brian and his crew for a 300sf bluestone patio. We evaluated three other bids prior to picking scapes nw. Brian clearly knew exactly how the project needed to be done and his experience showed. Others who bid either did not know about the material or wanted to charge a huge fee.
