"Y&C landscaping did several projects in my yard such ans installed a fence, repaired a fence, build a timber playground area using wood chips . They also are replacing sprinkler heads that needed to be moved due to the project. The entire crew was hard-working, respectful and neat. "After at least 30 years of major wear and tear, our bluestone patio around our swimming pool required a MAJOR restoration. The bids we got from folks ranged widely, but only Ion seemed to understand what it would take and came in with a more than reasonable bid. This was no small project and took over two weeks to complete, and every step of the way Ion and his one-person crew were on the job promptly each morning and took care to consult us on every issue that came up. He also took the time to make certain we could deal with various daily tasks and even a major crisis (our water heater tank broke, flooding the basement in week two -- meaning they had to deal with heavy traffic in and around their working area at times). Despite the tumult, the progressed nicely throughout.... The restoration itself looks wonderful and enhanced the look (and certainly the value) of the property. We were constantly consulted on decisions related to material and design, and the Ion's craftsmanship is evident in the final product. We highly recommend I.C. Masonry and Ion will be our first call whenever we have need for his skills."

"Hilario made a patio, fixed a concrete step, removed a concrete foundation wall, and hauled away a brush pile. He also cut down a tree for my neighbor. He has great communication and followup, he shared pictures as examples of his work and brought over sample patio stones to select. He let me know promptly when rain delayed the start date, and answered my questions about his plan. He moved a plant I wanted to keep, which showed good thoughtfulness. Excellent quality work, efficient completion. I'd work with him again."

"Father and son team with 2 other workers, father is mason with decades of experience. Their work on 2 walkways was spectacular. They used existing bluestones, put down a 3 inch concrete pad first, cemented bluestones in place, mortared joints. Then they lined the border with 4 inch wide stone (similar to cobblestones bitch cut flat). Truly an excellent job. I would hire them again, and strongly recommend them."

"Moises saw my vision and delivered exactly what I had hoped for. He and his team installed 180ft. of pathways around my flower beds. Moises promised completion of this job in 3 days, and he and his team worked very hard in 90+ degree weather, to make this happen. They dug out the paths, installed metal edging; added landscape cloth, crushed stone and cement, before arranging the stepping stones along the paths, and then finally added pea stone around the stepping stones. The result totally transformed my garden. It now seems quite magical. At every stage Moises and his team were meticulous and displayed great pride in their work. The finishing touches, of mulching the flower beds with a good quality black mulch and washing down the pathways, made for quite a dramatic display. We could not be more pleased with this work. We have already hired Moises for other jobs around our property, and I intend for him to be my go-to landscaper for any future work. The team were skilled, hard working and meticulous. I recommend MSL Landscaping Company without reservation. Thank you, Moises, for your excellent advice and work ethic! I am in awe of what you achieved in 3 days!"
