"Manny did an excellent job! We hired him to remove an old and failing railroad tie retaining wall that held in a dilapidated and uneven concrete stone patio. Complicating the matter were four 6 x 6 columns which were enclosed by the failing rail road tie retaining wall which supported our entire deck above the patio. His team's careful planning and execution turned our eye sore of a patio into a beautiful allen stone block retaining wall with pavers installed on top to serve as a patio. He also installed Allen block stairs which wrapped the patio all the way to the front of our house. He offered a very competitive price compared to other bids and delivered a superior product. His crew always showed up when expected and on time. He was very accommodating with requests as the project continued from demo to finishing touches and there were no unexpected costs. His team was able to lay down a water sealant first for the relatively freshly poured concrete and then apply the polyurea coating. "The guys were on time, fully equipped and ready to go. They leveled several 5ft x 5ft concrete slabs in my front walkway and did a fantastic job. They also re-caulked and matched all repaired areas to colour of original stone. The walkway looks great.
