I can not speak highly enough about Randy and his son. I had a unique situation, and Randy reached out to me to make things happen and happen fast. Our ground level cement floor in the living area and laundry was exposed when we had to remove the vinyl flooring after flooding issue . We discovered cracks as well as a very high moisture level even after four months of drying..We spoke with two other contractors that told us that there system would not work due to the moisture level then we met with Randy the owner of Floor Groomers. Randy discussed our situation with his suppliers technical people and put together a plan and cost associated with the work. The project was completed on schedule and on budget and we cannot say enough about how patient and responsive Randy has been throughout the entire job. Randy and his crew did an excellent job on my aging garage floor this week. Very professional, polite, on time and at the best cost. Floor Groomers' truck and equipment come "self contained" and do not need power or water supplied. It was a pleasure to have Randy and team do the job. Thank you Randy!
