"Tyler and Stan were able to do the job the day after we accepted the bid. There was a step in the original walkway that Tyler suggested we remove, so it would be a gentle slope.. I liked that idea! One less step to worry about, and it will be much easier to shovel (if we ever get snow again). There was also a step into the house that was in the bid, but after looking at it, Tyler said there wasn't any damage, and it was in perfect shape, so he suggested we just leave it as is. I also appreciated that, as I am of the "If it ain't broken, don't fix it" mentality. He also reduced the price because the step didn't get replaced. The concrete was removed, hauled away, formed, and poured in one day. They even put a beautiful border on the sides of the walk that I didn't expect, and it really makes a boring sidewalk beautiful! Tyler came back the next day exactly when he told me he'd be there, and laid topsoil, grass seed, and straw. The job site was cleaned up very well. I would highly recommend Kissee Concrete for any concrete work you need!"

"The company responded quickly and was out the next day to give an estimate to remove a failing 40 year old railroad tie retaining wall and replace it with a block wall. They responded with a detailed proposal and no pressure to sign. While Dream Makers was not the low bid, the extras they included that the other company did not (extra rock fill behind the wall, including a 90 degree return instead of just ending the wall at the property line, adding an apron of construction fabric covered with rock in front of the wall to stop erosion) showed an attention to detail I didn't mind paying a bit extra for. The crew (including the owner) arrived the day they quoted and were at my house every day (except when it rained) until the job was done. Each day the owner told me what they'd accomplished and what they would do the next day. The crew members were polite and worked hard. In short, Dream Makers did more than they promised (removing a lot more bad quality soil than they thought would be there and replacing it with rock, substituting in more expensive porous blocks). The job site was left seeded, strawed, and without debris. Based on my experience, I'd recommend Dream Makers."

"Needed gutters replaced, zlk found rotted wood and replaced my fascia boards, installed new soffit and fascia to protect them, I had none before. It made my house look 100 percent nicer. "Our home and garage which is on a concrete slab was sinking on one side so our project was to stablize the slab using piers and to use injection technology along with piers in the garage. I had used this company in Virginia so I was familiar with their work. William came to our home and explained everything they would do. He even came out a second time to answer questions that we had after talking with several other companies we got bids from. Austin, Moises and Tim came out on the date scheduled and performed the work. They were great and we highly recommend this team. Several unexpected issues came up along the way, they explained the problems and together we figured out the best way to handle them. Even with our unexpected snafus - the team finished on time. It was a great experience from start to finish and again, I highly recommend this company and the Austin, Moises, Tim team for doing foundation work."
