Visionary has done a beautiful job designing landscaping that pops, looks professional, and with color schemes that is gorgeous throughout the season. They nail it every time! Our most recent project had a permit issue which was caused by our builder. The Visionary crew just happened to be onsite and I was so grateful. While the builder was making excuses, the Visionary owner, Kipp, jumped into action and solved the issue (unrelated to Visionary) without hesitation. They plowed through obstacles they did not create, made the difficult look easy without complaining, and minimized the delay. Kipp is always heavily involved from vision to completion. There are many landscaping companies to choose from and I’m sure most would do a decent job, but the ones that shine are the ones that expect the unexpected with grace and are willing to go above and beyond to exceed expectations. Thank you to the entire team!

Kipp and Alaina are fantastic to work with. They communication well, are friendly, helpful and efficient. Kipp even gave me tips to try and resolve the issue I had over the phone...which turned out to be accurate. I was happy to be able to support this company with some of my earnings due to how they treated me. I would definitely hire this company again and would highly recommend this firm to others.

Kipp noticed things about my job others did not when quoting the project, e.g. places where water would drain, places we would need to re-level etc. In addition, Alaina, who manages day to day customer service and the phones, is communicative, helpful and clear (not common with contractors!!) So, I felt good about hiring Vistionairy versus the other quotes, which came in only slightly below. Kipp and crew did a great job on the project and quickly addressed any small fixes I desired. I couldn't believe how quickly they completed the work once they started. And it was high quality. I'd definitely hire them again.
